My Background and Approach
I began my nursing career in 2004 at JFK Medical Center as a Nurse Associate while earning my RN from Palm Beach State College. With over 20 years of experience working with mental health patients, I have developed a strong ability to connect with individuals and understand their needs. In 2021, I advanced my expertise by earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and tailored to each patient’s mental health journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Helping others is at the core of who I am, both in my local community and beyond. Every year, I travel to Haiti on mission trips with other healthcare providers, offering care to those in need. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns. My goal is to empower individuals through tailored treatment plans that foster healing and personal growth. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and evidence-based care, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible support.
