About My Clients

My clients are thoughtful professionals, parents, and couples who may look like they have it all together but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns. They’re looking for more than surface-level strategies. They want a space to slow down, explore what’s underneath, and create meaningful growth. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or the desire for deeper self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful connection with others.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through stress, transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in a relational, attachment-focused lens and informed by somatic awareness, narrative therapy, and depth psychology. This means I don’t just focus on surface symptoms. We slow down and explore the patterns, emotions, and beliefs that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I see therapy as a space for reflection, insight, and real change, where you can untangle what feels heavy and begin to feel more grounded, resilient, and connected. My goal is to support real, sustainable change in your life and relationships, the kind that continues long after therapy ends. I bring curiosity, care, and respect to the process, meeting you where you are while supporting the deeper work that helps change truly last.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a therapist, I value curiosity, compassion, and respect. I don’t see people as problems to be fixed, but as whole beings carrying both struggle and strength. My approach is guided by an attachment-focused, relational lens that honors the importance of connection. I value creating space to pause and reflect, without judgment or pressure, so what often gets pushed aside can be noticed and understood. I believe in collaboration because therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, not a prescription. I value depth, knowing that meaningful growth comes from exploring the layers of story, emotion, and body that shape us. And above all, I value authenticity. I strive to show up as myself and invite you to bring your full self too, so therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change in your life and relationships.
