My Background and Approach
My name is Ester Buchnik, and I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern (RMFTI) in Florida. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Hunter College, City University of New York. Through my education and clinical training, I have gained experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem issues, and communication difficulties. My background in both psychology and sociology allows me to view clients within the context of their relationships, family systems, and life experiences. I take a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy.
