My Background and Approach
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced practice training from St. John Fisher College. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, substance abuse, and trauma, with a strong focus on holistic care. My experience spans working with diverse populations, from children to adults, in telehealth and in-person settings. I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to each treatment plan, utilizing evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and medication management. My goal is to empower clients by providing education, ongoing support, and practical tools that promote lasting emotional health.
