My Background and Approach
I am very passionate about working with marginalized groups and individuals who have been the victims of discrimination on the basis of their identity. I work to help evaluate ways to intervene on every level of your life in order to help you experience lasting change!I specialize in providing individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents and families. In my five years of clinical training, I have learned how to help individuals and their families implement skills to cope better, communicate more effectively with others and creatively solve problems in their lives. I work to collaborate with each client to find a balance of supporting, encouraging and challenging you to be the best version of you!
