About My Clients
I specialize in helping individuals who live with Borderline personality disorder, clinical anxiety, clinical Bipolar disorder and clinical depression. I treat clients whom live with PTSD and trauma. I also enjoy collaborating with clients who struggle with relationships, emotional regulation, low self esteem, grief related to life transitions, stress management, and perfectionism. I can help you to navigate living with the latter while also giving you the skills to be your best self.
My Background and Approach
I have training and experience with 4 specific therapeutic modalities. I am highly trained in CBT, DBT, CPT for PTSD/Trauma and EMDR. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and enjoy collaborating with clients who struggle with depression, emotional regulation, fear of abandonment, grief related to life transitions, stress management, perfectionism, low self-esteem, parenting stress, and difficulties in personal relationships. It is my commitment to support and challenge you to do the work necessary to reach your highest goals in life. It can be scary to ask for help, so I strive to cultivate a compassionate and comfortable atmosphere where you feel safe. You are one step away from changing your life and rediscovering your best self. I am here to collaborate with you to create the outcomes you desire. I currently have availability Thursdays (10am-5pm)and Fridays 10am-2pm in person or virtually on Saturdays 10am-3pm.
