I have the unique experience of being a current service member of over 17 years, disabled veteran, and a military spouse. Over the years, I have provided counseling to many individuals across various military branches. I have also conducted various cultural trainings on understanding the military culture and how best to be of service to the service member and family population.

With several years of experience working in the hospital setting and community health, I have provided service to many people struggling with facing a new chapter in their lives. Whether it is venturing into a new career field or figuring out life after a divorce or end of a significant relationship, I am here to walk with you on your journey of self discovery.

When it comes to helping individuals manage the effects of elevated anxiety, the phrase 'knowledge is power' holds relevance. Through lived experiences and building of professional competence, I have educated clients on the natural response patterns of anxiety and aided them in understanding how to effectively apply coping strategies.
