About My Clients
I support adults facing a wide range of challenges. Including, anxiety, depression, and trauma to neurodivergence and identity struggles. Individuals coming to me are often looking for a trauma-informed space to explore a variety of experiences such as grief and loss, childhood abuse or neglect, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, and the complexities of navigating their queer identity.
My Background and Approach
I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), parts work, somatic practices, and cognitive based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when appropriate. I hold space with compassion and curiosity, while supporting you in reconnecting with yourself and building resilience. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and you are not alone in that. Whether you are just beginning or returning to this work, I would be happy to walk alongside you. If something here resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Together we can explore what healing and connection might look like for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work as a therapist is grounded in a commitment to creating a welcoming, equitable, and affirming space where clients can show up as their full selves without judgment. I practice from a racial-justice-informed lens and recognize the ways racism, privilege, oppression, and systemic inequities shape mental health and lived experience. I affirm queer identities and support clients across diverse gender and sexual identities, as well as kink, polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, and other non-traditional relationship structures. I believe therapy should honor each person's autonomy, identity, and lived experience. I also recognize the impact of political and social systems on well-being and reject policies and rhetoric that promote discrimination and marginalization, including those associated with the Trump administration.
