About My Clients
I work with clients who are feeling stuck but have the desire to improve. I believe therapy should help you create real, lasting change, not just help you get through another week. I help clients overcome anxiety, set boundaries, process unresolved trauma, and improve relationships.
My Background and Approach
Many of the people I work with come to me after trying other approaches that didn’t quite get to the root of what they were experiencing. They may have spent years in therapy, done deep self-healing work, or been referred by a trusted therapist or doctor. If that resonates with you, please know you’re not alone, and there are still options. I help clients find lasting growth and healing. We go to the root using Brainspotting, IFS, and somatic work to access the parts of yourself that talk therapy alone can't reach. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy with me is warm and down-to-earth, but I won’t just sit there and tell you what you want to hear. I’ll support you through the hard moments, help you recognize and challenge the patterns that are holding you back, and celebrate your wins as you create the life you want.
