About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or family stress. Many of my clients are first-generation or balancing multiple roles and cultural identities. I create a supportive space to explore emotions, build coping tools, and feel understood. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking change, we’ll work together to find clarity and healing at your pace.
My Background and Approach
Maybe you’ve been to therapy before and felt like something was missing. I offer check-ins during each session to make sure we’re staying focused on what brought you in. My style is laid-back and conversational — we sit, talk, and work together in partnership. I’m client-centered but also provide direct feedback when helpful. I incorporate mindfulness, therapy homework, CBT techniques, and motivational tools to support your goals. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I value cultural sensitivity and enjoy working with Spanish-speaking clients. I’m passionate about learning each person’s unique story, especially as it relates to culture, identity, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a space for honesty, reflection, and growth — and I’m here to walk with you toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe life’s challenges don’t define you — your strength, resilience, and capacity to heal do. You have the power to grow, heal, and design the best version of yourself. I focus on strengths, not deficits; solutions, not problems. Therapy with me is a partnership rooted in compassion, collaboration, and hope. You don’t have to do this alone — I’m here to walk alongside you.
