About My Clients
I know how rare it can be to be your full self without judgment. You might feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or relationship stress while trying to shrink, perform, or hide the parts of you that feel “too much" or "too strange." In our work, we welcome all of you because having a space to tell your story without the burden of stigma is a radical act of care. And if you navigate the world with ADHD or Autism, we’ll find ways that actually work for your processing style, not against it.
My Background and Approach
Drawing from Existentialism, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychodynamic frameworks, our work will be as unique as you are. And because healing doesn’t have to be confined to a couch, we may also bring in body-doubling, ritual, play, or the outdoors. After all, sometimes the most honest parts of us show up when we’re creating or moving. 🌱🕯️ I also specialize in relationships and intimacy, including shame and confusion that can build up around sex, sexuality, and communication. As a certified sex therapist (CST), I hold space for the conversations that can feel impossible to have anywhere else. Whether you’re navigating relationship conflict, exploring your identity, or unpacking years of messaging around who you’re “supposed” to be–you deserve a space to figure that out.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the healing power of pleasure and that there are many ways to heal beyond therapy alone. I practice from a harm-reduction lens because everyone deserves dignity, safety, and respect. I’m an active member of the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent (ADHD) community. I also identify as a “house-witch,” which is a fancy way of saying I love to cultivate spaces and set a vibe.
