About My Clients

I believe each person’s journey is unique. I meet you exactly where you are—no judgment, no rush. Whether navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar, psychosis, or uncertainty, we’ll tailor a fit-for-you approach. No one-size-fits-all here. Sometimes structured evidence-based methods; other times creative or somatic tools. Therapy is collaborative—we find what feels safe and meaningful, together, at your pace.

My Background and Approach

I draw from Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to gently reframe distressing memories and release triggers when that fits, and art therapy to help feelings find shape, color, and expression when words alone aren’t enough—whether you're processing something heavy or simply exploring what's on your heart. Sessions are a real, relational mix—honest conversation, thoughtful reflection, and often laughter as we build trust and momentum together. My approach is collaborative, creative, and always centered on your needs, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life changes, or just seeking more clarity and joy. If you’re ready for the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s book a session and start creating something that feels right—my hope is you’ll leave our first meeting feeling lighter, more hopeful, and even looking forward to more.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person is an amazing soul, inherently worthy of peace, joy, and a life that feels truly meaningful—without exception. I know firsthand what it’s like to wrestle with anxiety for years, convinced it was just “who I was,” until my own healing journey showed me something life-changing: peace and happiness can become choices we actively cultivate together. It’s real, sometimes messy work that takes time, support, and compassion—but it’s possible, transformative, and so worth it. Healing isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about walking alongside you as you rediscover your strength, clarity, and lightness. I’m honored to offer that guidance on your unique path.
