About My Clients

The majority of my clients are adolescents (13-18) and young adults (20s-30s) as they experience life’s transitions and explore their intra and interpersonal relationships. If you’re not a teen or young adult, don’t worry! I see individuals of all ages across the lifespan.

My Background and Approach

I believe that our childhood and upbringing informs our present, so I spend time exploring childhood traumas and attachment wounds. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. While talk therapy is incredibly valuable, I also believe in the power of meditation and mindfulness which I incorporate into sessions where the individual is comfortable with it.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the healing power of relationships. Investing into others through active listening, active compassion and active activism heals individuals and communities. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and support BIPOC individuals unequivocally. I believe that dismantling white supremacy to create an equitable society is long overdue, and I take an active role in doing so at a both personal and macro scale. I believe in the healing power of the elements (earth, air, fire and water) and that our energies are sacred. Life on this earth is also sacred, so I live my life according to Hippocrates: "Do No Harm."
