About My Clients
Hello! If you have arrived at this site, you have likely been feeling bad for quite some time. You have probably tried to manage your problems alone, or with support from friends or family, but somehow, have found yourself in dissatisfying relationship patterns, stuck in unfulfilling work, relationships or other undesirable life circumstances. My Background and Approach
I use a variety of therapeutic tools including psycho-education, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy utilizing a strengths-based, solution-focused approach that is guided by your individual needs. The art of psychotherapy, in effect, enables you to see yourself and the world from an expanded perspective. My approach is a collaborative one in which you’ll be helped to see what is possible in your life and to let go of self-defeating patterns and limiting beliefs. It’s a process instilled with empathy, support, and feedback in which our relationship is central. I look forward to hearing from you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones.
