About My Clients
Are you the one everyone turns to for support? Do you give generously to others while quietly setting your own needs aside? Whether you come on your own or with a partner, together we’ll build the inner safety that allows you to challenge old narratives, reconnect with your desires, and stay present in your relationships without abandoning yourself.
My Background and Approach
I believe healing unfolds through steady, genuine collaboration, not quick fixes. My approach integrates holistic, body-centered, relational and socially aware modalities, because lasting change doesn't happen on an intellectual level alone. I have found, rather than seeking perfection or relentless personal growth, the real work is learning to fully embrace what makes us human: the glorious, often uncomfortable range of our emotions and experiences. When we avoid these to keep ourselves safe (individually or in relationships), we may succeed in sidestepping conflict, but we lose our vitality and our connection to what makes us truly ourselves in the bargain. Ironically, it is that very connection that keeps us safe and steady inside when life throws us the unexpected. If this resonates, I hope you will reach out to me. If it turns out that I am not a good fit or otherwise unavailable, I will help you find a therapist who is.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an Alexander Technique teacher and musician, I know firsthand the vulnerability of performing, the pressure of creative work, and how deeply the body holds our experiences. Being a mother has also grounded my work in a very personal way. Parenting has shown me how easily the patterns we inherit can surface in our closest relationships, and how much courage, patience, and self-compassion it takes to choose a different path. I deeply respect the cycle-breakers I work with: people determined to stop passing down old wounds, whether that means parenting differently, loving differently, or relating to themselves with more kindness than they were shown. Clients describe my presence as approachable, reassuring, playful, attuned, and also direct when needed.
