About My Clients
I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting struggles, or simply seeking a space to feel seen and heard. I specialize in early childhood mental health and parent-child relationships, and I’m passionate about helping caregivers feel more confident, connected, and supported.
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of experience in social work, my approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in empathy. I use a trauma-informed, holistic lens grounded in attachment theory, systems theory, and CBT. My work integrates play, mindfulness, somatic practices, and movement—including tools from my yoga teacher training—to support healing from the inside out. I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, whether you're a parent, a child, or an adult seeking deeper grounding.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a warm, safe, and accepting space where you can show up as your truest self. I value authentic connection and believe that healing happens in relationships. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I trust your inner wisdom and see therapy as a collaborative process that honors your lived experience. I hold hope and belief in the possibility of growth, even in the face of deep challenges.
