Accepting Clients

I believe that everyone deserves to have a therapist. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to take it alone.

Clinical Social Worker in Harleysville, PA

About My Clients

I work with teens (late adolescence) through adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support and clarity, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples and family therapy to help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and work through difficult dynamics.

My Background and Approach

I have experience supporting individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes such as relationship shifts, career transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth. I am also committed to providing affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community and creating a space where clients feel respected, valued, and understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental while striving to create a safe and supportive environment. Therapy is a collaborative process, and every person’s journey is unique. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to support healing, growth, and lasting change while building healthier connections.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that meaningful change is possible for everyone, regardless of where they are in their journey. Life can bring challenges, losses, transitions, and experiences that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. My role as a therapist is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that healing happens through authentic connection, self-awareness, and the courage to take small steps toward growth. Every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for change, even when it may be difficult to see. Together, we can explore obstacles, build on existing strengths, and create lasting change that supports a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
