About My Clients
I love helping couples strengthen communication and reconnect in more meaningful ways. I support individuals navigating major transitions or uncertainty, offering strategies to stay grounded while making sense of change. I also work with neurodiverse individuals, helping them recognize their needs, prevent burnout, and maintain the freedom to thrive. And I work closely with clients exploring their sense of identity, whether they’re discovering or redefining who they are.
My Background and Approach
My approach blends mindfulness tools, practical emotional education, and clear, accessible psychoeducation to help clients understand why they feel what they feel — and what they can do with that insight. I believe that when people learn the language of their emotions, they gain the ability to respond rather than react, to choose with intention, and to move through challenges with more clarity and compassion. In addition to providing tools and education, I encourage clients to take meaningful action outside of sessions — practicing new skills, experimenting with insights, and noticing what shifts. We identify ways to track progress together, not only to stay motivated, but to highlight growth that can be easy to overlook.
