I specialize in supporting teenagers and adolescents who view and experience the world deeply, uniquely, and sometimes overwhelmingly. Many of the teens I work with are navigating the specific challenges of ADHD, ASD, and intense anxiety. From the outside, it might look like school avoidance, constant worrying, perfectionism, or sudden emotional meltdowns. On the inside, they are often just trying to manage a world that wasn't built for their brain type.
