About My Clients
I work with adults and teens navigating life's complexities. Whether that's a major transition, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, or questions of self-worth and identity. Maybe you lead with logic but struggle to access emotion. Maybe your feelings are so big they cloud your sense of self. Wherever you find yourself, all identities are welcome here, and your full self is invited into the room. This is a space where healing is possible and resilience can grow.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and genuine curiosity. I work integratively, and meet you where you are rather than following a rigid framework. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a vehicle for healing, and I bring honesty and care into every session. Our work may include collaborative exploration of your inner world alongside practices that support the connection between mind and body. Whether you are navigating something acute or something long-held, I offer a space where you are met with curiosity rather than judgment, and where real, lasting change becomes possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person who walks into a therapy room is doing something brave. It is not easy to acknowledge that something is hard, to ask for help, to sit with another person and allow yourself to be known, especially in places you have learned to hide. Whatever has brought you here, I do not take lightly the trust that requires. I believe healing is possible. Not in the sense that suffering disappears or that difficult things stop happening, but that our relationship to our own experience can fundamentally change. Shame can shift into self-understanding. Isolation can give way to connection. Rigid patterns can soften into something more flexible. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is itself therapeutic. And I believe the body holds wisdom that the mind alone cannot access.
