I have experience working with kids, teens and adults struggling with feelings associated with anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, trauma history and body image. I enjoy working with people who are dedicated to their well-being and want someone who will join them in their journey to feeling more confident.

My approach combines person centered, narrative and cognitive behavioral techniques. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and you are fully capable of working through your struggles yet sometimes you need a little back-up to feel able to see the strength within yourself.
