About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I am a licensed social worker with a warm and calm nature. I graduated with my Masters in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College, and have worked with children and teenagers in a variety of settings, including in home, schools, and outpatient settings. I have worked with children as young as 5 and teens through early college, with just as wide a range of needs. I utilize strengths-based, CBT, trauma-informed, and mindfulness approaches when working with individuals, tailored to meet your specific needs or goals. I do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all mentality and will work to make sure the needs of my individual clients are met.
