About My Clients
Do you feel like everyone around you has their life figured out, while yours still feels like a question mark? Maybe it's anxiety that keeps you up at night, or figuring out what singleness means for your future, or just a quiet sense that something's off. You can't name it exactly, but you feel it. Maybe you're questioning relationships, self-worth, or what you actually want. I work with women navigating that kind of uncertainty. If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
My Background and Approach
When life doesn't go as planned, the feelings that follow deserve real attention, not just positive thinking or breathing exercises. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's in Counseling from Marymount University. My specialty is anxiety and life transitions, specifically for women working through the space between the life they expected and the one they have. It's a particular kind of weight, and I know how to work with it. My approach is active and practical. Sessions are collaborative, and you'll leave each one with something concrete to work with, whether that's a new skill, a reframe, or a clear next step. I draw from CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy, and I tailor everything to you. I'm real, engaged, and fully invested in your progress. I track what we're working on so you always know whether it's moving. Therapy with me is a real conversation. If you're ready to stop feeling stuck, I'd love to connect.
