About My Clients
I work with people who carry a lot—old wounds, new stress, and the pressure to keep going. Many are navigating trauma, burnout, or shifts in identity, including changes in belief or worldview. You don’t need to explain your past or fit a mold to be here. My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and centered on your unique experience. We move at your pace, with curiosity, care, and space for your whole self to be seen.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified EMDR therapist offering IFS-informed, trauma-focused care for individuals. My approach blends nervous system education, parts work, and somatic practices so you can reconnect with your inner clarity and move toward change that actually feels good. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. I show up with curiosity, creativity, and respect for your agency. I’m trained in evidence-based modalities, but I believe it’s the relationship we build—and your deep inner wisdom—that creates lasting change. I work with people navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, and transitions in identity, belief, or purpose. If you’ve tried to “just push through” and it’s no longer working, we’ll slow down and find the missing link together—without shame, fixing, or pressure.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in your right to explore who you are—fully and without apology. I hold deep respect for each person’s autonomy, creativity, and self-trust, and I see therapy as a space where those values can be reclaimed, redefined, or strengthened. I was raised in a strongly evangelical environment and have moved through my own deconstruction process over the last 20 years. That experience informs how I hold space: with curiosity, humility, and a deep understanding of how belief systems—religious or otherwise—can shape us. It’s also given me a profound appreciation for how personal and varied faith journeys can be. I see spirituality as a potential source of resilience, and I also honor those who find strength outside of it. I strive to create a space where your full self is welcome, and I am committed to helping create that space with you. I deeply support your right to exist, express, and evolve in ways that feel authentic and safe to you.
