About My Clients
I have extensive experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan with unique needs. I take an integrative approach in my work blending somatic and mindfulness techniques, attachment-based approaches, person-centered, and trauma-informed care tailored to a person’s goals in therapy. I love working with teens and adults during life's transitions, along with other needs that arise during reflection and counseling.
My Background and Approach
I have an MA in Counseling working towards licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. My experience involves working with trauma, addiction, family system issues, attachment wounds, self-harming behaviors, suicidality, low self-esteem/low self-worth. I have also worked with gender identity exploration, relational issues, depression, anxiety, and other diagnosis that people are struggling to navigate in their lives. My therapeutic lens includes an integration of different modalities, while using a trauma-informed lens, and primarily approaching the therapeutic relationship through process therapy.
