My clients are often looking to improve relationships, manage life transitions and develop awareness in their lives. Our work often focuses on creating balance and improving well-being. Our work together is a safe space to process LGBTQ concerns. My specialties include relationship issues, LGBTQ+ support, therapy for therapists, & women's issues. No matter what you are facing, I provide a place of reflection to connect, heal and create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a counselor and a board-certified art therapist. I have specialized training in Adlerian theory, cognitive-behavior therapy, and trauma-informed practice. I work from a feminist therapy perspective.
