In our work together, I’ll invite both your mind and body into the healing process. Sometimes that means slowing down and noticing what your body is holding. Other times it’s experimenting with new perspectives, exploring parts of yourself that have been pushed aside, or learning practical tools you can use in daily life.

Therapy with me is about creating a space where you can show up as your full self. I’m here to support your healing without judgment, and to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life.

I pull from a mix of approaches—like somatic and experiential therapy, mindfulness, IFS, CBT, positive psychology, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy—but I’ll always tailor what we do to what feels most supportive for you.

I bring a unique depth to my practice by combining professional experience in Internal Family Systems with a personal commitment to the model. This dual perspective allows me to guide clients through the IFS process with a high degree of empathy and nuance. I view therapy as a collaborative exploration of the 'internal family,' helping clients foster compassion for all parts of themselves.

Expertise in trauma requires more than just clinical hours; it requires a deep understanding of the courage it takes to confront the past. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, prioritizing safety, choice, and empowerment. I have dedicated my career to working with survivors of sexual abuse/assault, religious and intergenerational trauma, and PTSD while focusing on rebuilding the trust in oneself and others that trauma often erodes.

I am an Advanced-Level Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) provider with years of experience utilizing this transformative modality. Unlike traditional talk therapy, ART allows us to 'reprogram' how traumatic images and memories are stored in the brain, often providing significant relief in just a few sessions. My advanced training enables me to work with complex cases where traditional methods may have plateaued.
