About My Clients

Every person has formed their own ways of coping that have allowed them to make it this far. Those ways of coping were necessary for survival, but now they might be getting in the way of personal growth. I help clients identify destructive patterns and learn new ways to move through the world. I practice as an LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink affirming clinician.

My Background and Approach

In my last career, I was a PhD candidate at Georgia Tech’s School of Psychology for Cognition and Brain Sciences. After determining that I was better suited to counseling than academia, I went to Georgia State’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program and graduated in 2018. I use an integrative approach to counseling that blends cognitive-behavioral techniques with acceptance and self-compassion. I would love to help you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I see counseling as a collaborative partnership to further develop your sense of choice and empowerment. Using your values and belief systems as a template, my goal is help you form a healthier relationship with yourself and your narrative. I use an integrative approach to counseling that blends cognitive-behavioral techniques with acceptance and self-compassion. I would love to help you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
