About My Clients

I work with clients to shift towards a Solution-Focused approach to managing their lives to overcome obstacles and reach their goals. Instead of focusing so much on what's wrong, what's not working, and feeling stuck; we will explore your best hopes, successes big and small you're already having, and discovering new ways that fit your lifestyle to support your growth.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in working with diverse youth and families going through life transitions that can bring about feelings of anger, anxiety, and depression. I seek to leverage strengths and resiliencies toward a personal sense of agency, wellness and growth. I have extensive experience in school-based settings from elementary to high school and college. Life can be hard, and we all have times that we feel stuck. I work in a Solution-Focused way, which means that I focus on exploring with you what's at the root of what you're wanting, finding what uniquely works to help you progress towards it, get you unstuck and moving in a positive direction again.
