About My Clients
I work with clients who are ready to get honest and make real changes—especially around sobriety, recovery, and patterns that keep them stuck. Many are high-functioning but struggling internally with anxiety, relationships, or identity. They’re tired of surface-level work and want something more direct, practical, and effective. My clients value accountability, clarity, and living in alignment with who they truly are.
My Background and Approach
I bring years of experience helping people move out of stuck patterns and into meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in real-life application—I’m less interested in insight alone and more focused on what actually shifts your day-to-day experience. I have a strong background working with sobriety and recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics, and I understand how quickly people can lose themselves when they’re not living in alignment. My approach is direct, honest, and collaborative. I will challenge you when needed, but always with the goal of helping you get clear and move forward. Sessions are active and focused—you’ll leave with concrete tools, not just something to think about. I don’t believe therapy has to be endless to be effective. When you show up willing to do the work, meaningful change can happen faster than you think.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of my work, I’m grounded by time in nature—skiing, being outdoors, gardening, practicing yoga and meditation, and connecting through music. These aren’t just hobbies; they reflect how I approach life and the work I do with clients. I believe real change comes from consistency, discipline, and small, repeated shifts over time. You don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight—you need to start showing up differently, again and again. I help clients get honest with themselves so change becomes necessary, not optional, while we build the skills and structure to support it. As hope grows, so does momentum. My goal is simple: help you stop living on autopilot and start actively creating the life you actually want.
