My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process that honors each person’s unique voice, values, and lived experience. By taking an integrative approach, I strive to meet clients where they are, drawing from evidence-based practices while adapting to their individual needs. I see each person as the expert in their own life and view my role as a supportive guide in helping them build resilience, process challenges, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued throughout their healing journey.
