About My Clients
I have been blessed with opportunities to work with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Through all of these experiences, I have specialized in anxiety and trauma. I have helped clients tackle uncontrollable worry, resolve grief, improve family relationships, increase self-esteem, grow from traumatic experiences, and overcome perfectionism. Other clinical interests include psychological evaluations and marginalized persons.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychologist, specializing in working with anxiety, stress, and trauma. My clinical experience has involved working in residential facilities, an outpatient mental health center, a day treatment program, and school-based mental health. These experiences have afforded me the opportunity to grow and learn from clients of different ages, backgrounds, and cultures. My therapeutic approach primarily extends from ample training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Brainspotting. I have extensive training in trauma-responsive, attachment-based, and culturally-appropriate interventions.
