About My Clients
While you have a drive to check items off your to-do list, you feel empty from the constant striving and find it hard to connect with what makes you feel alive. You're searching for ways to make sense of your past, better understand your feelings and relationships, and unpack the stories you tell yourself about who you are. You want to explore your values and feel like your life is aligned with them. These explorations feel anxiety provoking, but you're ready to try it out.
My Background and Approach
I'll encourage you to come as you are and use therapy as a space to practice showing up as your full, authentic self. Similarly, you won't get blank slate responses from me. I'll nudge you to dive deeper. I'll help you reflect on your feelings, relational narratives, and values. Then, we'll work together to put these reflections into action. I help clients to address any current challenges and to build lives in which they feel connected, joyful, and worthy. I am accepting new clients for telehealth sessions.
