About My Clients
Are you a mom? A dad? A human? You are not alone. We all struggle sometimes. You are vulnerable, and reaching out for help is scary. I am here to walk next to you on this journey. I work with kids, teens, couples, families on their fertility journey, moms & dads struggling with depression and/or anxiety, parents with poop/ spit up/ this morning’s breakfast/ coffee stains on their sweatpants. As a parent, I get it. As a therapist, I want to help.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with my Masters in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I am certified as an expert in perinatal mental health, trained in EMDR and Flash EMDR, have completed the Gottman Level 1 training, and have experience working in the school system with elementary, junior high and high school students.
