My Background and Approach
The world is fast-paced and busy, but therapy is where I can journey with clients through their experiences. I approach therapy collaboratively because all clients bring something to the table, and the client is the expert on their lived experience. I enjoy working with all ages and groupings and have experience with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and couples. As someone who has personally been through many transitions in life, I am excited to assist others in transition; I am particularly humbled when I have the opportunity to work with others who have experienced trauma.
