My patients are actively seeking to improve their mental well-being and are open to a collaborative approach to treatment. My Background and Approach
Erin Farr is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Over her 20 years in health care, she’s treated adolescents, adults, and geriatrics suffering from a variety of mental health conditions. She specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Erin received her Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina. She then received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and then received her post-master’s degree from South College as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has experience in providing services in a multitude of healthcare settings.
