About My Clients
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, identity development, and feeling stuck or disconnected. Many are thoughtful, high-achieving individuals who function well outwardly but feel overwhelmed internally. Clients often seek deeper self-understanding, more fulfilling relationships, and a clearer sense of direction or meaning.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in a humanistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach integrating emotional insight with mind-body awareness. Therapy is collaborative: I bring clinical perspective and structure, and you bring your lived experience and goals. Together we explore patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with your values so change feels sustainable rather than forced. I work from a multicultural lens, recognizing how identity, culture, and lived experience shape healing. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome. Sessions move at your pace and focus on helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make sense when their experiences are understood in context. Many struggles are adaptive responses that once helped you cope but no longer serve you. Therapy offers space to examine those patterns with curiosity instead of judgment. Meaningful change happens through safety, awareness, and self-compassion, not pressure. My role is to support honest exploration so you can understand yourself more clearly, respond more intentionally, and build a life that feels authentic and connected.
