My Background and Approach
Hi, my name is Erin & my therapy style is authentic, direct, and collaborative. I have a Master's degree in clinical social work and over 20 years experience working effectively with clients. I ground my work in evidence‑based approaches and and trained in mindfulness, stress reduction, DBT, and RO‑DBT. I help clients deepen self‑understanding, improve relationships, build coping skills, and cultivate self‑compassion in a supportive space.
