I have been told my therapeutic style is warm and engaging. I was drawn to counseling because I truly believe mental health is just as important as physical health for our overall well-being and vitality. My goal is to provide an inviting space where clients can comfortably and safely explore their issues. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship to ensure clients overcome challenges they are facing and cultivate new skills to help navigate life’s stressors.
