My Background and Approach
My clients tell me that my warm, trauma-informed style makes them feel safe and supported in session. I'm bilingual in Spanish and English, making therapy more accessible. Finally, as a former lawyer, I understand overthinking on a personal level, and aim to ease the pressures you face on your own journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm an active member of the LGBTQ community and have been a lifelong advocate for underrepresented communities, both as a former attorney and in my past role as an agency trauma therapist.
