About My Clients
Have you ever thought: Am I enough? Have you ever replayed a conversation, an argument, a decision multiple times in your head before falling asleep? Do you sometimes just wish you can, "just enjoy the moment?" These are just some ways negative self talk can creep into your daily life and interfere with what matters most--you, your family, your life. I can serve as a collaborative partner, a sounding board and a coach to help you gain practical skills to start living the life you want to.
My Background and Approach
As I have stated before, I have worked both in the community and in clinical hospital settings. Through this, I have been able to further develop the tools that I will share with you. My goal is to help lay foundational skills down through mindfulness and grounding techniques that will continue to carry you through not only therapy, but throughout your life years down the road. I also want to help you learn more about how our thoughts work, and develop approaches to help you manage negative self talk and its effects in your day to day. Know that working with me, I will be compassionate, humorous, practical and direct when you need me to be. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to explore, examine and grow.
