About My Clients
Recovering from trauma is the most inspiring and difficult things one can do in their lifetime. I am a believer that post traumatic growth is possible in all people. I firmly believe that everyone has the tools within them to heal and grow and my primary job as therapist is to provide a safe non-judgmental setting for you to regain the trust in your inner guidance system to create the life you want.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an eclectic approach pulling from a base of radical feminism utilizing approaches from DBT, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness and acceptance based approaches.
