My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing therapy to adults in Massachusetts via Telehealth. I received my Bachelors of Social Work from Bridgewater State University and my Masters of Social Work from Boston University. I strive to bring warmth, connection, humor and authenticity to the work I do with clients, helping them connect to valued living alongside life’s many challenges. During my time in the mental health field I have had the honor of sharing spaces with a wide array of people, communities, and systems: McLean Hospital, community mental health organizations in Fall River, child welfare, alternative high school settings, and outpatient therapy practices serving individuals with anxiety related disorders.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being trusted with the care, healing, and witnessing of diverse lived experiences has deeply shaped my love for the intersections of the human experience and impacted the heart of my work. It is never too late to become curious about how the environment and contexts you've lived in have impacted you. When I’m not in the therapy space, I can be found reading in my book nook with my two dogs (Luna & Hermes), at the local barre studio, creating art & music, or spending time outdoors. I am a Reiki II practitioner and have a deep love for the many intersections of wellness, energy practices and the stories we all carry.
