About My Clients
Are you stuck in painful relationship patterns or struggling with inner conflict, anxiety, and perfectionism? Perhaps you have found it difficult to prioritize your own needs? I support clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, gender and sexual identity, and healing trauma. I work with adults, teens and children, and am currently accepting new clients for video, phone and in-person therapy.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to foster an accepting and playful environment where your whole self is welcomed. By listening together to what emerges through your thinking, intuition, dreams, and feelings in your body, we can begin to understand your needs and support you in accessing more satisfying ways of living. My therapeutic orientation integrates relational, psychoanalytic/ psychodynamic approaches, family systems theory, and mindfulness. It is also informed by my own personal experiences of healing and growth through psychotherapy. I completed my Master’s in Social Work at Smith College and Postgraduate Fellowship training at Access Institute for Psychological Services in San Francisco.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Psychotherapy is a courageous endeavor, with the potential to help you access more creative and satisfying ways of living. Together, we can help you cultivate self-compassion, connect to your authentic self and move through life with greater freedom and ease.
