I enjoy working with teens and helping them manage the pressures of academics and athletics, while also guiding them through the exciting (and sometimes daunting) transition into life after high school. I offer practical tools to help process change, and provide a safe space to be heard, manage overwhelm, build resilience, and reconnect with hope.

I am deeply passionate about working with teens and adults within the LGBTQIA+ community. As an active ally, my priority is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your identity and be met with unwavering compassion and understanding.

Having personally (and successfully) navigated a complex medical diagnosis, I find deep purpose in working with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals. I am here to be a supportive presence and help you manage the difficult and often overwhelming reactions that can arise as a result of encountering a life altering diagnosis.

I use a lot of tools and techniques pulled from IFS in my practice. It can be difficult to connect with our emotions, and unfortunately pushing them away doesn't make them disappear. Approaching our emotions from a sense of curiosity tends to help lessen the intensity of feelings we often want to push aside, and by doing this we create more space to invite in new emotions, ones we would prefer to experience such as joy and peace. I use breath work, visualizations, and IFS meditations in session.

I use MBCT techniques in session to help clients work through their emotions and lessen the intensity of uncomfortable feelings. Connecting our thoughts and what we experience in our body helps promote more self awareness and self regulation. I find that MBCT is especially helpful with anxiety, stress, frustration, anger, sadness, and grief.

Sometimes we have a clear goal we want to achieve and need some support in getting there. I LOVE coaching and supporting people who are eager to overcome internal barriers and step fully into their potential. My coaching style is highly collaborative and action-oriented. Together, we will identify what is holding you back, clarify your true objectives, and build a sustainable roadmap to help you cross the finish line with confidence.
