My passion is working with couples and individuals on their journey to finding health and wholeness. My experience includes couples, adults, adolescents, and Veterans. Relationships, life transitions, and anxiety are among my specialties. I am also a certified Life Coach who can help build on your strengths and experiences to improve your situation.
My Background and Approach
I have been seeing clients since 2019 and believe in a collaborative, strength based approach. I believe you are the one who knows you best, so I allow you to set your own goals while providing support and encouragement along the way. I have worked with Veteran's struggling with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I have worked with families rebuilding relationships. I have walked alongside of couples during separation, family planning, parenting, and aging. I have been with adolescents and college-age students as they navigate life and who they are becoming. I am certified in anxiety treatments and mindfulness. I provide extensive workshops and weekend retreats for couples.
