My Background and Approach
My person-centered, holistic approach involves meeting clients where they are and providing non-judgemental support throughout the therapy process. My goal is to make each client comfortable in the therapeutic environment, and I provide an individualized approach to make sure that each client gets exactly what they need. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, but it can also feel overwhelming and scary, so having someone on your side can make all the difference. In my sessions I promote change by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
