Life is challenging and it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, and burned out. You do not have to face this alone and talking to someone can help reduce the unpleasant feelings and clear a path to accomplish goals, reduce stress, and improve future circumstances. The objective of therapy is to create a safe, non-judgmental space to help explore, process, discover underlying needs and emotions that contribute to feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
My Background and Approach
Ultimately, our work together in therapy will be to create an individual plan with goals to help you in managing difficult emotions and regaining control of your life. I work with adults who are in all phases of life struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem issues. One of my specialties includes working with women issues, moms who often experience distress while managing all that comes with raising children, pregnancy/prenatal and postpartum depression. Additionally, I am a EMDR trained trauma therapist working with trauma and PTSD.
