About My Clients
I have experience working with adults and adolescents managing a wide range of mental health concerns, including; depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, BPD, life transitions, trauma, substance abuse, and grief.
My Background and Approach
I believe in an individualized approach to therapy and meeting people where they are, assisting them in finding the best modality for their unique perspective, to help them reach their goals and navigate through life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe and open environment for my clients, encouraging them to be their authentic selves during their healing process and to utilize sessions to express themselves and share in ways they otherwise cannot.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At some point in life we all need a helping hand, but we are not always sure where to look or who to reach out to. I believe that everyone deserves and has the right to mental health support, no matter who they are. My goal is to create a safe, open, and judgement free environment for all of my clients, giving them the best care possible to help them feel heard, validated, and to help them reach their personal goals. Ultimately, life can be a total dumpster fire at times. Leading us to need someone to help us manage that chaos.
