About My Clients

My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist with over five years of clinical experience, I tailor each client's sessions to their individual goals and strengths. I have completed several trainings in theories based in research to help those struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Movement Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to change and grow with the right tools and environment. It has been an honor to walk along side hundreds of clients as they have healed anxiety and created the life they aspire for.
